Test pits had been done back in 1999 and the results were that an alternative septic design would be required. Bob said here would work with me to find an area on the property that would support a conventional design. He was successful. The Island County Inspector did a favorable report on the soil from the test pits. Bob filled in the pits and designed my septic system at the quoted price.
