I am ABSOLUTELY, 100% IMPRESSED with BackBreakers NW, LLC (BB NW) and would highly recommend them to anyone requiring moving or disposal services. They are VERY hard workers, professional, prompt, friendly and very easy to work with. Additionally, BB NW was extremely responsive to requests for service - promptly returning my phone calls - and were able to handle last-minute requests/changes. Scheduling was a breeze - through the use of an iPad, the provider was able to provide on-the-spot scheduling and availability. There was also a wide variety of payment options (i.e. cash, credit, check...) availble on-the-spot through the iPad which made things easy.
When it came time to perform the actual services, the two providers arrived - in uniform, promptly on time. They worked at full speed ahead - 150% all three times they performed services ... I hold them in the absolute highest regard. The garbage disposal was absolutely effortless on my part - I put all the junk in a part of the garage and they quickly hauled it off. The second time, they come on very short notice and performed a smaller move of some heavy items to another residential location. Again, completely effortless and 100% professional. The third time was the true test -- after performing a day of work, they did my residential move from Island County to Snohomish County on special request to begin at 3:00pm. We didnt finish until very late, there were three full flights of stairs/ two very large pieces of furniture going all to the top, and what seemed to be an endless supply of heavy boxes... You wouldn't have known it -- both gentlemen worked tirelessly to carefully unpack my items and put them in the proper rooms.They always informed me if they were taking a brief break - no whining, no slacking on the job, just two really great, hard-workers. They are paid by the hour - but you wouldn't know because they move quick. Pricing is very fair - no hidden fees or add-ons.
Definately a first-class service-provider here - you will NOT regret using BB NW for all your moving and disposal needs.
