After years as a custom home builder, Jerry and Nita Batterton started Early Bird Supply, a masonry and lumber yard. Starting small and adding products and services, Early Bird Supply is now a full service contractor yard with two locations and over 50 employees. Early Bird Supply offers many services and products for the professional and the homeowner. We have a truss manufacturing plant, door shop, drive through lumberyard and more to help you finish your project right! WENT TO GET SPECIFIC SCREWS AND IT TOOK 30 MINUTES FOR SOMEONE TO LOCATE THEM. THEY WERE JUST DECK SCREWS. THEN ANOTHER 10 MINUTES TO GET THE SCREWS OUT OF THE BOX. I TRIED TO BUY SHEET ROCK AND THEIR COMPUTER SAID THEY HAD PLENTY, WE WENT OUT TO THE YARD AND THERE WAS NONE! HAD TO GO BACK INSIDE WITH MY RECEIPT TO GET A REFUND. THIS TRANSACTION TOTAL TOOK ME WELL OVER AN HR FOR SOME DECK SCREWS. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I'VE HAD ISSUES LIKE THIS HERE. NOW IT IS MY LAST TIME.
Description of Work: tried to purchase deck screws. Staff was not knowledgable as to what product they carry or where its even located. Also tried to buy sheet rock. They cant even keep proper inventory as to what stock is in their yard. I can see being off a little bit but they were off by a whole pallet if not more.
