I made the appointment and showed up a little early. The lady at the front desk greeted me along with the owner who was waiting for my vehicle. The lady drove me back home in her car and she was very pleasant and thoughtful. She called me when the service was done and told me she would be there to pick me up in a few minutes. She brought my vehicle to pick me up as she knew that my dog was not happy to be left at home and would love a ride back to town in (our) my truck. The owner/ mechanic went over the service with me and showed me that he was interested in any questions I might have about the condition of my vehicle. The service was started on time and completed in a timely manner. I am very happy with the results and will trust this shop with my truck repairs again.

They were very professional detailing everything that needed to be done. They didn't do anything that wasn't discussed and everything worked perfect. Also scheduled another appointment to be sure new coolant was holding. Weren't any leaks.

Stopped by the shop and explained the problem with my pickup. Casto's gave me an estimate of possible repairs needed. I left vehicle with them and when I picked up the truck, the repair was much less than I anticipated due to the nature of the repair that was necessary. They were very courteous and helpful throughout.
