They are very friendly and will do whatever I ask them to, but they are not always as thorough. It is a couple with a gaggle of kids, so it is hard for them to always be perfectly punctual, but if they are going to be late, they will call first and let me know. I am very fussy, and they do not meet the standards I have set for them, but they are the best I have had. They are a nice couple, so I keep them on, but I would not recommend them to anybody. Their price is very reasonable. I would continue to use them in the future till I find somebody better.
