He was very polite, professional, and cheerful. He was up front with cost, time and needs. He went above and beyond for me. He even finished hookups of some of my appliances and lines, which he said he usually does not do, but was striving for perfection and doing the job right the first time. He has the right equipment, right help, and definitely the right skills to do the job. I have recommended him many times to friends and family, even other neighbors. He answered every question competently and with confidence. He tolerated my being new to property development and answered so many questions and helped so much, I was afraid i would irritate him, but all done and answered with a smile. Great guy, will use again for sure.
