I called and left message. In a short period of time I got a call back from Sara in the office who made arrangements for a site visit by Mr. Holden. he arrived as promised. The estimate was competitive and timely. I ended up delaying the project for several months but met with Lennie again and after a short discussion about a few minor changes I payed a reasonable retainer. He ordered the equipment, took care of all the installation, worked with other subs, and did a great job. No questions. no delays. just a good solid project completed as promised with NO extras. I will use them again. They also refered me on to other local contractors for other aspects of the remodel.
