 + -1 moreThe experience was very positive. We would recommend them for anybody with a rental. It was convenient because the owners lived 4 hours away. The agency does the screening professionally. It was a flat fee that the owner had to pay. It was well worth it. The house was on the market for 6 months before we moved in.
Description of Work: We used Coldwell-Banker to get a rental when we moved into town. They were the go-between between the owner of the house and us.
