There is no communication within company, there is no work ethic and they are very unprofessional in every step of this transaction. They have been nothing short of the greatest nightmare ever!! They lie, they cover up their mistakes and they are very good at bullying the customer (all to easy for them to spin everything) This is not at all what a new home should be about and the joy is gone and we are still not in after 41/2 months of garbage. We had bought a "display model" and it was delivered there were changes, Kitchen sink, faucets, doors, garbage disposal and more. The cost of doing business with them is overwhelming, and ad in attorney fees you get a nightmare!
