THOMPSON STUMP GRINDING

A few days after his quote, we called to see when he'd be able to do the work. He was out and they said he'd call when he got back. He never did call, so we called again. He was out of the office so they'd give him the message. We had to call again a few days later. Finally talk to him and set up a time to come out 7/31/12. We asked that he contact "call before you dig" and have them come out. He said he would. Monday (7/30) rolls around, and nobody's been out to mark the property yet- he's had over a week to get it done. Searching on the "call before you dig" website, he never set anything up. My husband called him to ask about it. He lied and said he had done it, but they lost his ticket request. I searched the website again the next morning (7/31)-the day he was supposed to do the work. His request was in there- inputted 7/30 at 2pm. We called him in the morning to see if he had set it up. He said he had and that he needed to come out to mark the stumps so they would know where to mark the utilities- he said he be out right away. 2 hours later he never showed. My husband called him again. All he said was he hadn't left yet. We finally just told him that he hasn't been able to do what he told us he would and that we don't want him to come out and do the work. All he said was "That's alright with me."
