Description of Work: When we moved into the apartment we rented it smelled of dog and the carpets had not been cleaned. We found that we couldn't use the laundry room off the back pouch because of a wasp nest and wasps that would attack us everytime we would go out there. Took awhile to get someone there to fix the problem. Then we found that the apartment was infested in brown recluse spiders. Even finding them in my child's crib. Finally having enough we moved and then was charged a cleaning fee on top of our deposit because they said we had a dog ( which we did not. It was in fact the previous tenets that had a puppy and that was backed up by the next door neighbor)
