Description of Work: I used another roofing company. Their prices are competitive, but their customer service needs worked on. I had additional questions after the bid was completed. I felt like I was being spoken down to when the questions were answered.

Description of Work: Replaced roof vents due to leaks. Replaced flashing around chimney.They were very prompt to replace the roof vents due to leaking. Upgraded the vents from plastic to metal for longer wear.Did a nice, clean job with both the vents and the flashing. Prices seemed fair considering the pitch of my roof and the urgency of me issues.

Description of Work: Removed all shingles, replaced plywood in several areas, upgraded vents from plastic to metal, installed 2 layers of felt, and completed job with 30 year composite shingles. Arrived at 7:30 am were done by 2pm. cleanup was great they hauled away all the old shingles and debris created during the job.

 + -1 moreIt went very well. From the bid and actual install the process it was done very professionally. Darrell Collins was our company contact and project manager. He was very knowledgeable and courteous in his business manner. I would highly recommend him for any roof project. The 7 man crew did the installation like a well oiled machine. It was obvious that they all knew their individual jobs and they all worked extremely hard. Great work ethic and they all helped anyway possible to make sure the job was done like I wanted it. The project was complete in one day. Cleanup and all!!
