I have had Highlander Logging do a number of jobs for me over the years. From taking down hazardous trees, limbing, topping and brush clearing. The jobs were done right and for a reasonable cost. The work is excellent, and safety procedures are always employed. Mike is the owner, and he is as honest as he is personable. You won't hear a big sales pitch or feel pressured. His work ethic and job performance speak for itself. I highly recommended this company.

Great clean up after an excellent job. They trimmed a major side hedge took out an evergreen that had just grown too large to remain in front of our home and took down a 40 foot tree that due to space for its roots now was a danger in a high wind. They did the work diligently, quietly and removed all the debris. Even worked with me to repair some minor damage the roots had caused to a retaining wall (the tree had caused not the team of workmen). Great job!

These guys took down a large pine, Really wide and close to the front of my home. They did it quickly without any damage to the home. A five-man crew and the job was done quickly and they did a great job not damaging any landscaping. They also cleaned up well. I had 5 estimates and he beat them all. They even did a stump grinding job for less than all of his competitors.

Highlander Logging Company took down 7 trees on December 20, 2121. They were to hall away on limbs and cut the trees in to size for thier logging truck to haul out the trees. While most of the limbs have been hauled away there is still a brush pile and the logs have not yet been hauled out. While taking dow the trees Highlander distroyed a fence gate and damaged my neighbor?s gutter and downspout on his house. I have attempted to contact Highlander at 253-279-5412, but they do not answer the call, their Voice Mail box is alway full. The only communication is via Text Message. I have left about 10 text messages, occasionally I will get a call or message back stating everything will be dealt with in a few days, but this has dragged on way too long. I have a new home being built on the site, and by builder is having to put a hold on the job until the logs are removed.

This company is trustworthy and reasonable. Removed three 50' for trees and trimmed up two fruit trees. Cleaned up everything they cut down. They have done other work in the past and respond to calls and texts unlike other companies I have dealt with. They deserve the 5 star rating.

Came to my home went to work until the job was completed. The crew cleaned up the debris and even cleared a pile of yard waste I hadn't had the chance to get to. They did an amazing job and I will be using them again very soon

Very professional. They could only limb the tree because it was to big to fit through gates. They had to come back the next day, Saturday, to clean up because the chipper truck broke down. They did a thorough clean up. Mike was very easy to work with. Highly recommended them.

Mike, the owner, is a great guy. His workers were hard-working, nose to the grindstone type of men. They did a great job trimming/de-sailing my very large, tall pine trees in Yelm, WA. They cleaned up great too. I will hire Mike and his guys when I decide to remove a few trees. Use them, you won't be disappointed!!

There were 3 of them that started. The boss left the competent 2 workers who worked hard and got the job done. It took about 1.5 days. My husband was able to start chopping the wood we were keeping while they were there. That helped them a bit and helped him.
