Bryan Truscott's performance was the best. Extremely conscientious. Attention to detail was exemplary. Anything not quite right, did over until correct. Easy to work with and open to suggestions. No short cuts here. His father assist at times, who used to own the business, also very helpful. Cleaned up and hauled debris away; very meticulous. All work written in contractor format. Cost of materials and labor
itemized for viewing. On bid estimates submitted, Bryan won hands down. A fair price for a great job!. A small percentage down payment (std in the industry) required with staggered payments as work was completed - not the opposite. Weather conditions did not deter from working. Gave a 'B' rating for punctuality but in fairness, rating is somewhat skewed. Had to find something that wasn't an 'A' rating! Real reason, Bryan is actively involved with his son activities  taking a few moments away from his job. In conclusion, Bryan honest, trustworthy, dependable, and completes the job from beginning to finish. The place is left clean. The construction is top notch and the finish work is worth bragging about to your neighbors. Bryan will do all my future home improvement.
