He is dependable, knowledgeable, reasonable and personable.  He's just a pleasure.

If it were possible to give a higher rating to Pine Grove, I would do so. I have never met a more patient, polite and yet totally professional and honest contractor than Harold, the owner. I wanted some custom enhancements to the stall shower and sink area, and Harold made every effort to make sure things were done exactly as I wished. Despite my adding items along the way, Harold never acted as though the changes were a problem. Pine Grove's price was considerably less than two other bids, and the additions were very reasonably priced as well, yet his work is of excellent quality. His work standards are also such that he never left a bit of a mess or caused even the tiniest damage to my house (like other workers have). My poor health caused delays along the way, but he was so understanding and never once let out so much as a sigh in complaint. I have another bathroom I hope to remodel in the future, and if I have to wait until Pine Grove is available to do the job, I will do so. I cannot thank Harold enough for

We could not have had a better contractor than Harold Grove, of Pine Grove Construction. He had a a wonderful, detailed contract that ensued we were protected in many ways throughout the building process. The bid was detailed as to how much of the budget would be for every part of the construction. When we came in under budget in any area, such as the demolition, for example, instead of pocketing the difference, Harold would tell us about it so that we could apply it in another area, such as for windows. He improved the architectural design we had drawn up and came up with great ideas. He was always asking what "my vision" was and really listened. Harold came reliably every day and focused on our project until it was done. The subcontractors told us that they always loved working with Harold because he was always organized and ready for them.
Harold did an excellent job for us and we would not hesitate to recommend him.

Pine Grove did an excellent job.  He was punctual with his estimate, communications and his day to day work schedule.  At the time I was getting estimates form other contractors for this work, he asked all the right questions.  Many of the other contractors that we spoke to did not ask the questions that Pine Grove did, which gave us comfort in the fact that he knew what he was doing and had attention to detail.  The quality of the work was great and I would definitely us Pine Grove again if I have any future projects.

Harold Grove is extremely honest, courteous, hard worker. Framing is sound and square. Great finish work. Great communicator with many years of experience.
