I called many companies and got a range of prices, possible issues and available appointments. I called Dependable Appliance and John was very friendly and professional over the phone and agreed to come out the same day. He asked questions and understood what the problem was. He went right to work and found the problem quickly. He was able to fix it immediatly and it was done in the time frame and price he quoted. I WILL use him again and WILL strongly recommend him to others. The experience was very positive and pleasant and the price was very fair! A++++++ rating from me!
