There billing lacks as sometimes I get double bills and sometimes they lose my checks to the point I finally started using bill pay so they couldn't lose them. They used to come as arranged on Thursdays but for some reason they now come on Saturdays although it would have been nice to know this before they changed it. All and all they do a great job with my lawn but I just wish they would get their billing correct.
