Their price was comparable to everybody.  Their responsiveness was excellent.  They're just around the corner from my house.  Yes, I would absolutely use this provider again.

When I needed to have a leaking faucet in my laundry room sink replaced I first called a "Handy Man" service in Olympia, thinking that it would be cheaper than a regular plumber.  When the handy man gave me an estimate of $300, which I knew was way out of line for the work involved,  I decided to ask friends and relatives for recommendations.  Everyone said the same thing: Call DJ's, they are good, they are quick and they are honest.  I called them and explained what I needed done. I also told them that I knew that it was just a small job and that I would be willing to wait until they had a crew in the area doing someone else's bigger job.  
The person I spoke to was great.  She said that she would schedule me in when they did have a truck out this way, and that it would probably be within a week to 10 days.  She told me that they charge $90 an hour, with an hour minimum.
She called me back 2 days later and said that if I were going to be home the following morning she could have someone stop and do the work.  First thing the next day the truck pulled up.  I aimed to workers at the sink and handed them the replacement faucet which I had found on sale at Amazon, and less than 15 minutes later they were done.
They told me that the office would be mailing me a bill.  Rather than wait I called the office and offered to pay with my credit card.  I was pleasantly surprised and more than pleased when I was told that because the job went so quickly I was only being charged half of the usual minimum.  So instead of the $90 I was quoted,  they only charged me $45 plus tax.
This would be a wonderful world if all the businesses were like DJ's Plumbing.  I HIGHLY recommend them!

I have used the plumbing service for probably 10 years. They are very fast, very prompt. Good people.

They are great. They were on time. They are prompt. They did an excellent job. They gave me pointers on what to do next if my shower acts up again.

Rough in about 15% over estimate and all rough in sink drain pipes roughly 1inch low resulting in leaks at all P traps and custom cabinet undersink drawers not working properly without on sight ugly modifications. Water pipe joint leaks in wall of bathroom caused extensive mold and ruined custom cabinets. After coming to site and seeing the issue it was 2 weeks before they sent someone out to remove cabinets, moldy dry wall and fix leaks.
I will never use them again and recommend that no one else uses them for anything other than repair of existing plumbing. They have proven to me that they are not capable of doing good quality remodel or new construction plumbing.

Our experience with DJ's Plumbing was great. I would definetely call them again. I especially appreciated Dennis. He explained alot to me about the pump for the well and I feel he went beyond what he was called to our house to do. It's so nice to have a company that you can trust.

I could not have asked for better service. They were knowledgable in their work and were very fast and professional. The crew all worked well together and when they were done they had the inspector here right away to have the work approved.
