I paid for a roof certification for the existing roof to move the closing process along. No certificate was ever provided. When the previous owners went ahead and hired the company to complete the project, I contacted the 'owner' to refund this non existent certification. I was told multiple times that I would be reimbursed via email, text and phone calls. No money way ever sent, no reimbursement was ever given. I took this issue to small claims only to discover that the 'owner' is not the registered agent and cannot be held accountable for this expense. Shady all around. DO NOT HIRE THEM!
