Helpful, courteous service. Oil change was completed in a timely fashion. A senior discount was given. All of my questions and concerns were addressed.

I had a very poor experience with this dealer and their repair shop. To start with, I made several trips into the dealership to get the vehicle AFTER it was repaired only to find it was still unable to make it off the lot. I requested that I get the old parts that were replaced and that never happened. It was at the dealer for over a month for things that should have been found before I purchased the car, specifically a cracked intake tube, a cracked resonator, and leaking injectors. There was a bunch of stuff they did that I didn't even know about because they broke it while they were working on it, but I couldn't get any straight answers about what was going on other than and quot;we took care of it, no charge.and quot; But that didn't mean that all of the other stuff was no charge. After getting it back the first time, I noticed that I was getting fuel on my driveway at night. I traced it back to a leaking fuel return line off the passenger side rear injector. It had been leaking for a long time, but had gotten to the point were fuel was dripping to the ground. Something that would have been easy to spot if/when you had the engine cover off and the hood open. I took it back to the Campbell Chrysler and they stated they would have to replace all the injectors on that side of the engine and it would be ANOTHER $2000. I bought a factory service manual and the diagram of the injector showed a small o-ring on the fuel return line clip. Campbell's wouldn't sell me just the o-ring, all they had in the catalog was the entire injector at $700. So I went to a motorcycle shop and they found an appropriate size high quality o-ring for $0.75 and the problem was fixed. Just to be clear, the place that sells Chrysler parts didn't have it and couldn't get it, but the Yamaha/Honda/Suzuki place that doesn't even sell cars had it on the shelf. Overall, their mechanics seemed to be guessing at most of the problems and just replacing parts on my dollar because it was a diesel. The repairs took forever and on more than one occasion it either broke down on the way out of the shop or before I made it home from the shop. The front desk staff had also had poor communication skills, meaning they said they would call with follow ups and rarely did. That said, they were helpful when I did talk to them and they made an effort in dealing with dealership management about not charging me for stuff that broke while it was in their possession. I never felt they were deceiving me or being dishonest, just seemed like they were being lazy or unorganized.

Overall I have been satisfied with the services. I would use them again in the future.
