Chimney Sweeping
ED WILLIAMS HAS BEEN CLEANING AND MAINTAINING MY CHIMNEY YEARLY FOR ABOUT 15 YEARS. THIS YEAR THOUGH, HE DID NOT BRING HIS OWN LADDER BECAUSE HE SAID IT MADE HIM GET BAD GAS MILEAGE IN HIS VAN, AND SINCE HE KNEW I OWNED A LADDER HE JUST ASSUMED HE COULD USE MINE INSTEAD (WHICH HE DID, BUT THIS MADE ME FEEL TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF). HE ALSO HAD RAISED HIS PRICE THIS YEAR, AND STATED HE WOULD BE RAISING HIS PRICE AGAIN NEXT YEAR. I WAS NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH ED THIS YEAR AND FELT TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.
