Lio was great from the start. First of all he was interested in repairing all of our problems, not just replacing the roofing. We talked to several other contractors and all they wanted to discuss was replacing the roofing. Lio gave us and estimate on replacing the roof and an approximate bid on the structural problems. Once he and his crew dug into the job we discovered broken hip rafters, other rafters that were bowed as much as 3", and we had a big problem with an improperly done addition to the house where the roof did not tie in to the original and had a big hump running diagonally down the middle of the roof on both sides. Lio and his crew repaired all our problems in a very short time, and did it with a minimum of disruption to our household. His crew is extremely hard working and at all times considerate and courteous, There was never a boombox on our roof blaring loud music and we never heard any profanity. I have since looked at other jobs he has done in our area, (from roofing to complete rebuilding) and have seen nothing but quality workmanship. One of the roofing jobs he did in our area was the Presby Mansion, a steep roof with lots of angles and turrets. We would not hesitate to hire Lio again for any job, roofing, framing, wood flooring or any general carpentry. By the way, his bids were reasonable and accurate.
