Ray is very personable and a professional demo expert. He demolished two structures, a shed and a giant stick-built outdoor playhouse. All work that was agreed to was completed on time, all waste hauled away, and the area left better than when he started. Iâ  ll be adding Ray to my personal list of trusted contractors and would easily hire him in the future and recommend him to anyone I know thatâ  s in need of demolition. Thank you, Ray, and crew, I'm very happy with the results!

Ray is great going over the detail of what I want to get done provide all detail, easy to work with and he did an outstanding job (pole barn site prep 50’ by 50’ gravel pad and land clearing). The project was demolition of an old swimming pool to code and filling it in with dirt. Ray is a hard-worker, never complained about the 100+ degree weather, reliable, finished the project in the amount of time proposed, gave a fair price and made my life easy. Project required extra (unforeseen) equipment and he actually split the extra cost with us instead of making us pay the full extra amount. Would use him again and recommend him.

Ray is a busy man, he fit us in and did a great job, saved us from having a day light drain. have already hired him for our new drain field and system.

The project remains unfinished at this time (3 weeks). He was sick and sent 3 boys in their early 20s to work. They were going to be back within a week to make sure everything was working as it should. I was told they were busy on another project and it would be another week before they could be back. I have no idea what the cost will be.

Ray really went to work for me. He found creative solutions for complex problems with our job site. I really felt like he was my partner in completing this project. Honest, reasonable and dependable. Thanks Ray !!!!!!

He came the afternoon of my call. He took time to figure out the ins and outs of the system (this older home has had several remodels). He is polite and thorough who is careful to keep the area clean (he had to replace the pump that was inside my house). He really gave of his experience and time.

My project was a septic tank replacement in Scholls. Ray was at the site the day after I called, to evaluate a failed septic system. He handled every detail in a professional and friendly way. I would certainly call him again if a need arose.

He responded within minutes fo our request for a new septic tank. He was at our house within 20 minutes. He was very knowedgeable regarding septic tanks, distribution boxes and drain fields. He had no complaints with the Oregon State Contractors Board and had been in business 22 years. He provided us with a very understandable contract and was thorough in explaining how long the job would take and what to expect regarding how long we would be unable to use our tank until the inspection. We were going on vacation and he recommended that would be an excellent time to do the job. He responded quickly to status emails regarding progress.
