HE KNEW WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND DIDN'T EVEN NEED TO SEE THE COMPUTER. HE WAS ABLE TO GET A REPLACEMENT PART, AT A VERY REASONABLE COST, AND VERY QUICKLY.
