RFC TREE SERVICE

Rob did a very incomplete job. The two bushes that he actually did were absolutely butchered.  He didn't want to do one of the bushes and all the others were barely touched, with the exception of the two mentioned above. It became very obvious to me that he didn't know what he was doing. He was even unfamiliar with his own tools. He also promised to clean up and take away all the debris, but left quite a mess for me to clean up. He took some of the debris, but upon leaving, some of it fell off his trailer all the way down the street, irritating two of my neighbors. I would never hire him again.

THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB. THEY ARE VERY EXPERIENCED AND KNOWLEDGEABLE, SHOWING SAFETY WAS A PRIORITY WHEN TAKING OUT THE TREE. THEY WERE HONEST, HARDWORKING PROFESSIONALS WHOSE SERVICE WE WERE PLEASED WITH.

WHAT A HARD JOB THESE PROFESSIONALS HAVE TO DO. THIS SEEMS LIKE IT COULD BE DANGEROUS. THESE GUYS KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND WENT UP HIGH ON THEIR TRUCKS WITH MACHINES THAT LIFTED THEM AND REMOVED BRANCHES LIMB BY LIMB. NOTE:JUST RECENTLY MOVED TO ALASKA.

HE IS USUALLY PRETTY DEPENDABLE. HE TRIES TO KEEP UP ON HIS STOCK OF WOOD SUPPLY. THERE HAS ONLY BEEN A COUPLE OF TIMES THAT WHEN I HAVE CALLED FOR PICK UP LOAD IT TOOK A DAY OR TWO TO GET.
