The expirience was great. I received this contractor's name when I called our local Searing plumbing/electrical store for a recommendation. They responded promptly and scheduled an estimate, arriving on time for that appointment and working with me to provide the information sought by the shower manufacturer to document costs for installation reimbursement. When I received the check and parts from the manufacturer, the contractor was readily available to perform the installation. They completed the job in half a day, including mudding and painting, being careful to keep the rest of our home clean (e.g. drop cloths from the front door to their work space). His work ethic is tremendous in contrast with the prevailing contractor culture I have experienced in our community in which inquiry call back, respect for the customer's time, and quality work have been rare. I will definitely engage this contractor again for further work.
