THE PART THEY HAD TO REPLACE GENERATES THE COMPUTERS HEATING & COOLING AREA MAKING IT TO WHERE THE COMPUTER DOES NOT GET TO HOT. OURS MALFUNCTIONED CAUSING OUR COMPUTER TO ALWAYS SHUT OFF.

OUR COMPUTER WAS NOT WORKING RIGHT, SO WE TOOK IT INTO CUSTOM BUILT TO FIX IT. HE FIXED IT. IT HAD THREE VIRUSES HE HAD TO GET OFF. HE MADE SURE TO CHECK OUT EVERYTHING TO MAKE SURE THERE WAS NOTHING ELSE WRONG WITH IT.
