A to Z Professional Carpet Cleaning

I wasn't too happy with them. I made an appointment with them. At the day of the appointment after we moved all of our furniture out so he could do the runs and everything, he called me, and said that he had somebody sick so he couldn't do it. My husband and I are in our 70s, and I told him, "I want it done today. You told me that it'd be done today so I want it done today." After I forced the issue, he did sent somebody out. It was an okay job, but you could tell the guy hurried through it. I don't think it's the best job I've ever had. It was first time in my life that anybody ever called me, and tried to cancel a carpet appointment after they made it. Moving all the stuff out is a hard job for us to do. And then, it's disappointing to have somebody called up and say that they can't come that day. I've never had that happened before. He did sent somebody when I forced the issue. I was very upset about it. He did sent somebody, but as I said, it wasn't a horrible job to be fair, but neither I and my husband feel that it was a good job. The guy was trying to hurry, and I understand that he probably got forced in between appointments to do mine, but yet still, I called somebody I expected the job to be done. It was okay, but I certainly don't think it was the best job I've ever got.

Gary called to say he would be little late which I appreciated. He measured each space to be cleaned and gave me an estimate of what it would cost before starting. He then treated all the stains twice before going back to clean overall. He moved furniture and stuff around to be thorough then set back of blocks to let dry. I couldn't get all stains out but I expected that.

A AND Z PROFESSIONAL CARPET CLEANING DID A GREAT JOB FOR US. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE QUICKLY AND AFFORDABLE. WE WERE PLEASED AND WE WILL USE THEM AT A LATER DATE.

CALLED ABOUT DOING CARPETS AND HAD A $99 SPECIAL FOR FOUR ROOMS. HAD A NASTY STAIN IN ONE OF THE BEDROOMS. HE WAS ABLE TO REMOVE THE STAIN AND CLEANED ALL MY ROOMS IN ABOUT THREE HOURS. DID A GOOD JOB.

I AGAIN, WAS RECOMMENDED TO A-Z PROFESSIONAL CARPET CLEANING. I HAD COFFEE, ORANGE POP AND BLOOD STAINS ON MY POLYURETHANE CREAM COLORED CARPET. IT WAS ALL REMOVED AND RESTORED TO ITS CLEAN CREAM COLOR.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB. WE HAD A LITTLE KITTEN WHO HAD A FEW ACCIDENTS ON OUR FLOOR AND MADE STAINS, NOT TO MENTION AN ODOR WE COULD NOT GET RID OF. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON GETTING THAT OUT-NO MORE KITTEN MESS!!!
