Hardwood Flooring Service
My experience with Aaron Noble was AWFUL! He committed to a schedule and then changed it at the last moment. And not for an "emergency". He wanted to take a few days off (he realized at the last moment that it was Mother's Day weekend). He picked the dates weeks ago! We had several email exchanges with him about the details of our requirements and he assured us that he could meet them. Then he wanted to change the terms of our agreement at the eleventh hour! We went through a great deal of planning for nothing! I told him that I was very unhappy with his decision to not keep his commitment to us and went into detail about WHY. He was nasty and a bully! I asked him to stop harassing me because he didn't like what I said. He wouldn't STOP! He kept texting me and texting me and personally attacking me! I kept asked him not to contact me again. Then he accused ME of being disturbed. He blamed ME for reacting to his decision to blow off the specific agreement that we had emailed him about. I have NEVER been treated so badly as a potential customer as by this ****. I emailed his father (he is taking over his father's business) and HE RESPONDED again (even though I stated that I did NOT wish to have contact with him)! He clearly has impulse control issues!!! With his definition of "customer service", no thanks!!!!! I don't usually complain to this extent, but I don't wish for another woman (he assumed that I am a man) to be bullied like this again. What an ARROGANT JERK!!!!!!!

Hardwood Flooring Service
Jim gave us a good fair price on laying 637 sq ft of new oak flooring to be transitioned into our existing oak floors that were approximately 15 years old. Although it was the same type of oak, the different ages of oak took totally different colors of stain once the floor was laid. He mixed the colors so the woods blended perfectly. The total process takes quite a bit of time and Jim's getting on in age so he doesn't work long days, but his skill shows in the finished product. We had to have him come out and fix some drips on the floor and a couple of areas where lint from the registers got mixed into the polyurethane coating, but overall we are very pleased with the outcome. The whole process from start to finish took a couple of weeks- we had to leave the house for the polyurethane coats so we were moved out for 3 nights. The dust is incredible while they sand, so traditional hardwood might be a better choice for new construction vs. remodeling. I think if I had it to do over again, I would seriously consider replacing the existing floor along with the area he added with pre-finished hardwood vs. traditional methods due to the time and mess, but Jim did a great job and I would recommend his services to my friends.
