We contacted Callaway to have some significant grading and drainage work done on our house in Kirkland. In addition to moving the existing soil around prior to re-landscaping, we needed to have a lot of fill brought in to level things out. Rick came out promptly and gave us a very fair bid for the work, and Alan came out shortly thereafter to correct the drainage issues (installation of French drain and drainpipe, tie-in of downspouts, etc.). Alan also did the grading that needed to be done before we could start on landscaping, and he was fantastic! Great to work with and a real pro! He and his company are truly committed to customer service, and they really know what they're doing when it comes to moving dirt and improving drainage. I will use them again whenever I need to have grading or excavation done, and I they have my highest recommendation.
Description of Work: Installed stormwater collection basin, drain pipes and french drain. Tied in downspouts of gutters. Brought in fill and re-graded site in preparation for landscaping.
