They first gave us a bid for 'all' of the maintenance work, but upon a walk-through there were a large number of obvious things needing done, including very broken curbs that were suddenly not included and all were extra costs if we wanted them done. We had them do the work, and in less than 6 months, the new curbs were crumbling, the new curb paint peeling and severely faded. They were not very responsive, but did redo one area of curb, but refused to stand behind any other of their work.

Working with Benjamin Asphalt was a good experience from getting a bid, scheduling the work, and completion. The price was fairly expensive, but competitive against other bids. Their work three years later is holding up very nicely, even after some heavy equipment has been driven over the surface (with caterpillar tread).
