When I called Rose Lynn Homes regarding my addition and kitchen remodel I was immediately scheduled for a free consultation. I expected a very brief quick meeting but I was so surprised to meet April who came out and spent so much time going over the options I had and how to get the best kitchen for my budget. She studied the space well and noticed things that no other designer or contractor even thought to look at. She was able to put together a rough budget to give me a plan of what I needed to do to stay in my budget. We started on the concept plans right away and I was guided through the entire process. I never felt pressured as I felt with other contractors that wanted a huge deposit before any plans would even be discussed! The amount of detail that goes in to the kitchen process would have been so overwhelming without April's help. Once all the plans were ready, Rose Lynn Homes took care of the permits and all of the material orders. The construction process went very well. I was again surprised at how much April stays involved in every step of the design and the construction to ensure that all her detail is carried out perfectly. With my project there were the typical bumps along the way that I expected to have to deal with and instead the project management with Rose Lynn Homes was always on top of everything and handled all dealings with the suppliers and subcontractors. I was able to work and know that my home was being taken care of and I could trust everyone working in my home. My family (and pets) got to know everyone very well and it still feels like they are a part of our family! We actually miss having them around! In the end I could not be happier with my kitchen! The space is so well planned and functional for the entire family. The addition looks seamless. I would recommend Rose Lynn Homes to anyone for any project on there home!
