All Phase Tree & Landscaping

   I appreciated All Phase's promptness in getting the tree off our home, and their pricing was excellent. 
   My only complaint was that they promised to return on Monday to remove the rest of the tree (as well as the branches that my husband and friends had removed during the storm on Thursday -- kudos for that) but we never saw anyone until Wednesday.      
    Turns out that Kurt, the owner of the company, had lost his father over the weekend and had to fly out very quickly and very unexpectedly.  We certainly don't hold this against him or the company ... but it would have been nice to have received a call to let us know that the latter portion of the job wouldn't be completed in the timeframe promised.
    That being said, we're planning to use All Phase again this fall to remove a dying aspen.

We dealt with Kurt and he was great, very personable and professional. He isn't a certified arborist, but he is working towards it. His crew was very slow and careful. I felt like they made nice cuts on our precious 50+ year old silver maple. They were a little delayed on starting the job, about a week later than originally scheduled, but it was prime summer tree trimming season.

The estimate was performed quickly and accurately. The cost was well below other quotes we got. The tree trimming occurred on time and in a professional manner.
