I found Tony with TLC Home Solutions while looking for a GC in my area. After talking with a few I picked TLC to fix my home. I had failing siding, water leaking, and had been through 2 other GC's. Tony gave me a thorough understanding of why the problems occurred and explained in depth his recommendation to fix it. We are staying in this house so we opted to fix all the siding, flashing, and wrap issues by the builder. As the work was completed, it became apparent he was right with his proposal to fix it all rather than just doing the visibly damaged area's. During the job, he found many of my roof tiles were gone and worked with my Home Insurance company to cover the roof damage. In the end, he did a fantastic job and my home is ready to go for years to come. I highly recommend TLC for your home and have no regrets.
