He was absolutely outstanding. He asked for the list of things that I wanted in the house and I submitted a written list and he mailed every one of them. He didn’t waste my time and didn’t go over my budget. He showed me precisely what I wanted with him and as my financial guide lights. The first house he showed is the one I brought. Since I was not in town, he took over the house inspection and sent me all the reports and photographs. He also as a gift to me paid for all the inspections like the well, septic tank, home inspection and for all. On the other he had to show me only one house. He said that it was the easiest deal that he had ever had. He listened to me and when I said that I have only this much money, he didn’t try to do anything weird that lot of people do. His price was right on the mark.
