Alex with Premier Property Services was a dream contractor to work with. He contacted me right away, scheduled a firm date and gave a very fair price. I changed the scope of the work a couple of times and he was cooperative and cheerful about it. The property that I hired Alex to pressure was was 40 miles outside of Portland and vacant. Alex showed up on time and did a fantastic thorough job and I didn't need to be present to manage the work. Even the neighbor asked me for his contact info because she was so impressed about how thorough a job he did. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat.

They cleaned up really nicely after the job was done. The tile and grout work was perfect and we are very happy with the end results. They provided me with great tips on cleaning my counter and back splash. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the near future for our outdoor kitchen.
