 + -1 moreHe (Aaron) didn't carry the odd size, so he told me where I could go to get one, at a local jeweler. They usually carry most things I'm looking for, but he didn't hesitate to help me track it down somewhere else.
Description of Work: Assisted me in finding an odd watch battery for my camera.

 + -1 moreMy family has been going to Lutz Hardware for about 20 years now and don't know why I just thought to post about them on Angie's List. Aaron (owner) learned about customer service from his parents and has carried the tradition on very well. As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted and made to feel like you've been doing business with them for years. They ask if there is anything they can help you find and they actually take you to the product!! No pointing or just telling you what aisle it's in. If you can't find something, go to Lutz Hardware and they will go abovve and beyond to get it for you. I've even had Aaron tell me that he can get it, but I would be better off going to another store because they will have the same thing but a lot cheaper than he can order it. How's that for customer service? Businesses all over the United States need to take lessens from the Aaron and his employees at Lutz Hardware. Thanks for everything!!

 + -1 moreI am a regular customer at this store. Through the remodel of my home, I have had a lot of questions, and their advice has been sound. Also, it saves so much time to not have to roam the aisles, or to chase down assistance from an employee!
Description of Work: This is one of the friendliest and most efficient hardware stores. Someone will help you as soon as you walk in the door, and there is rarely a wait for service or for checking out.
