Re-roofed house with GAF Timberline HD shingles without tear off, as I had only one layer of comp shingles on house. The salesman was a little over the top but he was honest and helpful. Even had his head installer come out the day of estimate and answer questions I had about my roof. He also gave me a list of houses in my area that had recent installs so I could look at the different colors of shingles. The installation only took one day and the crew did an excellent job cleaning up. Another plus was they didn't require any money upfront, I paid the entire bill when they were done and final permit inspection by the county was done. I would use this company for my next install for sure.

In preparation of selling our home the new buyers required the roof be replaced. Leak Seal Was prompt and when done came in several hundred dollars under their estimate and their competitions. They used high quality materials and cleaned the sight thoroughly.

we signed the contract on sept. 6th. we were told they could get to our job in a week or so.  after the middle of the mounth I had to call every week to get a status up date on when our job would be done, every week I was given a excuse why the wern"t there the week before. never did they call to up date me until the day they wanted to start the job. as part of the contract before the job was complete the property was supposed to be walk to make sure the property was clean and job was done to our satisfaction that was never done just a bill in the mail. I also had asked for additional work to be done that I would pay for and they said they could do it white they were there and that work was not done and I was never told why or asked to reschudle to come do the extra work later. This company is good when they are trying to get your buisnes, but after they have it customer service goes out the window

Garth is helpful, truthful, and kind too.  This was a great experience.  The crew was awesome.  Worked very quickly and cleaned up everything at the end of each day.  Getting lots of compliments from the neighbors!

The estimator, Garth North was very polite, patient and detailed minded. Which we appreciated.  Also the project manager Todd Clearly who reviewed the roof computations before the material list was finalized was thorough and knowledgable. The actual  worker team of 4 was very polite, hard workers with excellent workmanship and ethics.

Had a small problem in getting the roof cleaner on board to start the project.  But once he was on board the project we smoothly.

Clean tile roof, take off siding, replace siding.  Replace dry rot, flashing.

The project started it went smoothly.  We had a leaking skylight which at was a very difficult problem. Leak Seal brought in the right person who diagnosed  the issue and fixed it.  This person also found other issues with our roof were very serious, like no flashing installed when the house was built. He fixed all flashing and now the roof is solid.
Leak Seal also found considerable dry rot in the house and fixed all of it for a fair price.

Work was bid in a timely manner. Work was performed to a very high standard and our property was carefully protected. Roof looks great.
