Kris and his very competent crew finished the job in 2 days. They cleaned up incredibly well and met all my expectations. A real plus for me, was that Kris worked beside his workers both days, unlike many contractors who leave the real work up to their employees. I would not hesitate to recommend Kris to anyone.

Kris was referred to me by a contractor who had him do some work. Kris was very responsive answering my message. He came over and we walked the roof while I told him what I wanted. This was the third or fourth estimate so I had a good feel for what he told me as we walked the roof. He was straight-forward, gave me a clear description of how he proposed doing the work, showed me some areas that he thought needed attention, and told me that other concerns I had were cosmetic instead of structural. I was pleased when he said he would be doing the actual work--this eliminated a loss of communication between an estimator and a different roofing crew.
Kris and two other roofers showed up to do the work. They spread tarps to catch the moss, put rags in the downspouts to prevent moss from clogging the downspouts, and protected the gutters from being scratched by the ladder. They worked smoothly as a team. The quality of their work was phenomenal. All the moss was removed without damaging any shingles--the roof went from being a bed of moss to looking like new. Moss inhibitor was spread along all ridgelines and valleys. All exposed nails and staples were coated with roofing tar. All cracked shingles were repaired. The ridge vent was caulked where it needed caulking. The TV antenna was removed and the area repaired so you could barely see where it was. The new vents were evenly spaced and located exactly where they were supposed to be. All the gutters were cleaned and the entire area under the roof was cleaned of any moss that made it to the ground. I could not be happier with the quality of their work. They are forthright and honest. Hire them--you won't be disappointed.

lKris promptly returned my voicemail and was able to accommodate me the following week due to weather forecast. He showed up for the preliminary estimate and project start date at the scheduled times and was knowledgeable about my membrane style roofing system. Kris took the time to explain the services he was going to perform, worked until the job was complete and kept my property neat and tidy during all repairs. I would recommend his services to anyone.

Kris was professional, prompt and kind. I knew it was a small job for a roofer but important to me to have work done asap. He returned call within a couple of hours, arrived on time to assess work and give a quote next day ( a Friday). He was able to get the materials and arrived promptly on Monday morning to do the work as quoted and checked on a couple of extra items that concerned me for no cost. Would highly recommend him for any and all roofing work and keeping his card for any future jobs.

This new roofing project went without a hitch. Everything Kris said he would do he and his crew did. They were all professional and polite. Kris even fixed some of my gutters. He quoted a cost and did not change his quote. Honest, professional and on time each day. They completed the entire roof in a day and three quarters. We are THRILLED with end results on our new roof. Kris also did our neighbors roof last year and I was impressed with all the work they had to do on that roof. The neighbors were thrilled also with the end result. I got three bids for the roof and Kris got the bid because of the quality work I saw done on our neighbors roof, his price was right where I thought the size of our roof should be and I could see that he was a professional and went beyond what would be expected from a roofer. Next time anyone sakes if I know a good honest roofer I will recommend Kris and his crew.

It was a small job and the first roofer I called never bothered to call me back. Kris returned my call within 2 hrs. and made arrangements to come and look at the barn. When he came he inspected the whole roof and showed me where it had pin holes and water had been leaking in. I decided to have him replace that section of the roof as well as put on the trim. I had some metal roofing left over from an earlier job that I wanted to use up, so he agreed to use it. He showed up right when he said he would and completed the job in a reasonable time. When he finished he called me out to look at the work to see if it was satisfactory. It looked great and very professional. I noticed he had stacked the old metal roofing behind the barn so I asked if he would haul it away as I have no way of getting it to the dump. He loaded it all on his truck and took it away for a small extra fee.

Kris arrived on time and did a very thorough inspection of my roof. He explained what he had done and why, and gave me his estimate that the roof should be water tight for another 5 years at least. He is an experienced roofer and a good communicator.

Kris and his guys showed up when they said they would, did what they said they would do, finished on time and cleaned up my property every evening before they left. They also did a final walk around to ensure all was as clean as before they arrived. Great job.
