I had called 3 other garage door companies, and they all said they could not make me a new remote control, after one of mine disappeared. I had almost given up and then called Knecht. They were fantastic, and gave me no song and dance about having to replace the whole motor, as the others had done. Mr Knecht came out promptly and made me 2 remotes, serviced my existing motor and made me a very happy customer. I would Only Recommend them!

What a nice surprise to find Knecht! They were the first to respond out of four companies and was $200.00 less expensive for the same door! They are very good at what they do, and are completely honest and quality driven. I will only call them for any garage door issues on my personal home and rental homes!
