Kashas Construction

We hired Kashas Design Build to remodel our kitchen, dining room, and a side area and LOVE how it all turned out--truly couldn't be happier. We have an old house that has quirks and we came into the project with only partial ideas of what we wanted. Brian was patient and thoughtful while we talked it through, we got wonderful suggestions from their designer, Stephanie, and they were open and flexible with our input. The construction process went remarkably smoothly and they really minimized the disruption and mess in our home. A huge shout-out to Rob who worked harder than anyone I've known, did incredibly high quality work, and was always a pleasure to have in our home. Cliff's cabinetry work was masterful--initially we were hesitant to invest in custom cabinetry but we're so glad we did, they're beautiful. They stayed on schedule and budget. Brian and Les kept us well-informed along the way and there were no surprises. As remodels go this was seamless and we are thrilled with the results. We'd recommend them to anyone!

They are extremely knowledgeable, communicated well, were timely, punctual and did a high quality job.

 Les, the owner himself, did a very professional job in uncovering the extent of the dry rot and replacing the entire door frame and jam.  The result was perfect; like new.  He even fabricated a thin piece of flashing to go over the top of the door frame on the outside to protect it from the weather, so the problem would not recur.  Would definitely hire again.  I thought the price was very fair.
This is the second time we hired Kashas Construction.  About 5 years ago, we used Kashas to install a tile backsplash in the kitchen.  His tile installers were amazing.  They helped with the design layout and did a perfect job, especially with some very difficult nooks and crannies.  This company would be our top choice for any future remodeling.  

They do what they say they will. They are respectful, pleasant, and talented. When they do something for you, they make it look like and seem like its always been there. He stood behind the painting job and came back 5 years later for some touch up work.
