Hendrix Quality Remodeling

My experience with Hendrix Quality Remodeling Company was bad. They were not good. The stone tile they put in did not match the other section of the stone tile they had put in. So we had to have it removed. It took a few weeks for them to find another stone tile that matched. Even then, it did not match perfectly. I was pretty unhappy about that. We had to have them put in the circuit box. It turned out that they did not file a permit for it. They told me that they did not put in grounding rods. When the work got inspected by the city they found out that we had new grounding rod which was never permitted. They had sub contracted that work to a fellow friend of theirs. So, the city fined him for it. They had to then have someone else out to redo it. It turned out that they weren’t licensed to do the job but they had given me a card that said they were. I wasn’t happy about that. They took a lot longer to finish the project than what they had told me initially. The plumber that they hired broke the door of the cabinet and they had to fix that too. However, when I look at the finished bathroom now, it does look good; I like it. However, the tile mismatch does bother me but I don’t notice it everyday. I would never recommend them to anyone. I would never hire them again because there was lot of hassles and mainly because they were dishonest about the issue of being bonded in license.
