I called the provider who answered the phone promptly,. Made a appointment for a week out.  He arrived on time, clean, very professional and personable.  He checked out the areas that I requested for cleaning, got right to work.  He respected any articles in my home that could appear breakable and he did a excellent job.  He was here and gone in no time.

Ammon gave me a quote over the phone and estimated the cost to be $240 for the square footage of the house subtracting the flooring that did not have carpet. He showed up on time, measured the actual square footage and reduced the price to $220. I pointed out some stains that I was concerned about and he pointed out some that I had not noticed but that his pre-treatment had revealed. They seemed to be red and green paint stains. He managed to get all the stains out, did a thorough job even in the corners of the closets and left a nice lemony smell. He was polite and efficient and completed the job in less time than anticipated.

They have a really friendly staff. They showed up on time and were quick with the service. The were very accommodating with our kids. No matter how nasty the stain they will take care of it! One time before they showed up my baby smeared poop all over, and they took care of it no problem.

I met the owner, Ammon, at the Home and Garden show. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He offered a 25% discount which seemed like a good deal so I hired him to clean our carpets, living room, 3 bedrooms and hall, a total of 630 square feet. The technician Keil arrived exactly on time was very professional and friendly. He cleaned the carpets and applied the stain protectant in 1 1/2 hours exactly as long as he stated it would take. The carpets looked like new when he was done. I was very pleased. I will no doubt hire Heaven's Best again. I suggest a trip to their website for insight to their cleaning process.
