Collette arrived on time to do an inspection on a house we were purchasing. Inspection took about 2-1/2 hours and was very thorough. She took the time to explain her findings as the inspection was being performed. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. We had a full report by the time she left and were able to negotiate a lower price for the property on her findings. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone needing an inspection.
