COMMON SCENTS INSPECTIONS, LLC

Eric Johnson brought his scent-trained dog, Jack, to inspect our entire house for mold. He inspected from crawl space to attic, inside and out. He came at the exact time agreed upon and was very professional and informative in his inspection. While there was no infestation of mold, he indicated problem areas and provided information on how to fix them ourselves. He took pictures and sent a report to us within a couple of days. His company will provide remediation if the homeowner wants, but it is not a requirement with his inspection and he never once indicated during the inspection that any problem areas should be done with his company. When I called him about his company's services, he very specifically stated that his company can do the work but he would advise that we get a couple of other bids if any work was necessary. I absolutely felt that there was no conflict of interest with the service and information he provided. I would definitely refer him to other people.
