They responded. They did not take my calls. The part company blamed them. No one would deal with it and I ended up having to turn it in to my own insurance, which has a $1,000 deductible. The owner would not even call me back.

The worst experience with any "professional" facility by far! For starters, the technician, Patrick, was eager to up-sell me on anything and everything. I went through a home warranty company, and he mentioned several times how much he hates dealing with warranty companies and how it would be in my best interest to just pay out of pocket. No thanks. Also, it took a MONTH to get my bathroom faucet; took 3 weeks for Patrick to drop it off, and when he did, it was the kitchen faucet. I needed a bathroom faucet. So that took another week and many phone calls on my part (Clark Co plumbing never bothered to follow-up with me). It's unbelievable to me that my bathroom sink was not functional for a month due to such poor customer service.
Finally, a month after this ordeal began, I asked Patrick to drop off the faucet before I went on vacation, then come back to install it upon my return. He stated no problem, he'd love to make it right by me due to the "inconvenience." Yet when he dropped it off, he stated there would be an additional charge for him to come back and install it at a different date. I was appalled.  I left a message with the office, no response back. This is a company to stay away from, especially if you're going through a home warranty company!

They came out the same day for me and they helped get everything done within a day or two. They were right on. They were great. They were really nice. They were very understanding, very polite. They're awesome. I'd recommend them to anybody.

They've been my plumber for years. I felt the price was too much, but I haven't had a chance to call back and talk to Mike about it. I left a couple of messages about one thing I needed to get fixed, but I haven't heard back from them. I've been in and out of the hospital and been so ill that I haven't really been able to take care of that kind of stuff. I will always use him and won't go to anybody else. He helped me the first time I moved in here and has worked with me ever since. A couple of other neighbors stopped over when he was here, saw how well he was working, how knowledgeable he was, and how well he cleaned that they hired him. I would recommend him and the company to anybody. I thought the water heater was overpriced, but everything else he actually under-priced himself as a favor for me because of my limited income. Maybe the water heater they put in was inexpensive, but I just felt the amount was too expensive for the amount of things that they had done. I actually didn't get an itemized sheet. He usually comes the same day I call and early. He's here on time and very professional. I had to get up because he was ready to go at 7:00 or early 8:00 in the morning and I'm a day sleeper, so I just didn't go to bed.

We have a high-powered Toto toilet that does occasionally clog if too much paper fills it. Normally, all of this can be solved by simply plunging the toilet. Not this time. While waiting for the tank to refill after the initial plunging, the bowl overflowed. After shutting off the water to the toilet and letting the water subside overnight, we filled the toilet with a toilet-friendly drain clearing product this morning. We turned the water on and attempted to flush again (and plunged it, which is generally not advisable if there is some toxic chemical in the toilet (splash risk). When the water didn't subside after a few hours, we called CCP, who promptly cleared it with a toilet snake. Very happy with service and will definitely recommend and call again in the future for other toilet maintenance.

This was the best plumbing experience I have had in the past 40 years. Mike was professional, punctual, did what he said he was going to do, and then followed up. Replacing a water main is messy work, but CCP left my property in better shape than it was before the work was performed.

They were very good. The quality of service was very high. They did a professional job. The prices were reasonable. They were clean and it was not possible to say that they were there.
