They were wonderful! They came out when they promised which was within 24 hours of me contacting them. They said the amount of spiders was perfectly normal, but they did spray and leave traps as well. They guaranteed the work for 90 days and will come out within that time frame if needed.

We didnt trap anything but whatever it was went away! He was a wonderful man and very honest. He checked traps regularly and was a really nice guy.

I called on a Tuesday morning, and their first available slot was Wednesday morning (not too bad). I was told the exterminator would call between 9am and noon, just before he was ready to come out. He called at 11am, and arrived less than ten minutes later. The young man who came out was very nice and respectful, and answered all of my many questions with patience and a smile. I believe the total cost for treatment outside and inside was $195 before tax, and this covers 90 days. He told me that if I have any concerns I can just call them and he will come out and retreat any trouble spots. So far, I am quite satisfied.

The work that Bugaboo Pest Control did was very good. I like them a lot. I would give them As on everything. I guess their results stand out the most. They are very efficient and I have had the same technician three times now. He is very efficient and knowledgeable about different pests and so forth. I get good results. They do exactly what I want them to do and it works.

Came on time and explained the procedure. Sprayed for spiders on the interior and exterior of the home. Also placed glue traps in the bathrooms and the garage. Professional and friendly. Would use this Company again.

Overall it's been pretty good. On a 1-10 scale, I would give them a strong seven.

They came and took care of the sugar ants, but I have dealt with them before for my units in Vancouver with the owner, for cockroaches and other pests. I have known them for five years. They do a good service. They are on time. They tell me the facts. They work happily and come out and do what they need to have done. I would rate them highly. I would use them again in the future.

I think I spent right around a $100 on their services. Overall the job went very well. They took care of the problem and they used some kind of non-toxic product that wouldn't be harmful to humans or pets. When I had a problem within a month in a slightly different location, they came back and took care of that, and didn't charge me any more money. The man that came and took care of the initial problem had come on his day off to do it for me. I don't have anything to compare their price to but I thought their price was reasonable. I will absolutely use their services again in the future.

Overall, the experience has been good. They're reliable, dependable, and their price is good.

He got rid of the moles but told us we had extensive holes under our yard and to treat their food source so that they would not return.

These ants are between 1/2 - 3/4 inch big; they are big enough to give names to. I took the warranty plan because if I ever have a problem in three years they will take care of it. We haven t had anymore in over eight months already. I had priced several services and they were right there with everyone else. The service was $350 with the warranty.

Prompt service on phone, on time apperance for quote and service. Competetive pricing and good guarantee. Very knowledgeable as they should be of the chemicals used. As of yet, we have not had any further issues with the ants.

While I believe that they did a good professional job, it was not clear to me on the outset that the price was going to be so high. This company was referred to my by a relative and it didn't occur to me to verify the price before hand. The $275 price tag was 3 times what I was expecting. It was not made clear to me up front what the charge would be and that was because it was for a one year guarantee. I think the company could have been more up front about the pricing.
