PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, AND EFFICIENT. ABLE TO GET BLINDS UP IN A NEW HOME SOON AFTER I ARRIVED. OPEN COMMUNICATION ON STATUS FOR BLINDS NOT COMPLETED AT TIME OF LARGEST INSTALLATION AND CAME TO INSTALL WITH EACH ARRIVAL. ACCOMPANIED THE INSTALLER FOR EACH TREATMENT. FOLLOWED THROUGH WHEN 3 BLINDS WERE DEFECTIVE IN GETTING REPLACEMENTS FROM THE REP FOR HUNTER DOUGLAS
