Extremely poor customer service. I provided explicit instructions to access the property via a code, which the crew chose to ignore - and use alternate locking options instead - causing major issues/costs. Throughout my interactions with the owner they tried to upsell recurring services which I never inquired about. Lastly for 10 labor hours of work cleaning a vacant house, I would have expected a spotless house, which is not what I got.

We hired A Clean Sweep to clean one of our rentals after a tenant moved out. Usually we do it ourselves but found ourselves short on time. Besides responding quickly back to my quote request, Carla and her crew were efficient and thorough once we hired them. We have referred them to many other people.

I own an interior remodel company. We use A Clean Sweep, Inc exclusively to put the final touch on our remodels. They have a proven record of reliability and excellent service. I highly recommend this company to put the final touches on any project or event you have. They also offer weekly and monthly cleaning packages. Cherry on top? They are the NICEST people. This company needs to work on their Customer Service. I was told by the owner that the cleaning crew would contact me prior to the day of cleaning for directions and the time they would be here! She told me they would be no later then 9:30 AM! This did not happen! Instead, I had to contact the company, about 10 AM on the day of the cleaning and was given the cell phone number to contact the cleaning crew myself. I had to give them directions, and they finally arrived about 10:45 AM. They cleaned my mother's place first and then ours. They did not do a thorough cleaning of our home, they missed obvious places that needed dusting, ie, nick knacks, computer components, office furniture, and end tables. Their strong point was in the kitchens and bathrooms, they were spotless! Also, during their time at our home, they received telephone calls on their cell phones from family members. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! They were here to work, not socialize on the cell phone!
