Tom was a wonderful worker. He always came when expected. He's very experienced and good natured. A pleasure to be around. I provided materials, he did the labor.

"DUE TO CHRISTMAS, NEW YEARS AND MY WIFE IN HOSPITAL AND RECUPERATING, THERE WERE SOME MISUNDERSTANDINGS FOR COORDINATING WORK WITH THIS CUSTOMER. THIS JOB TOOK 4 DAYS OF WORK WHICH INCLUDED 7 HOURS AND CHARGED LESS THAN $40 PER HOUR. WE DID NOT CHARGE FOR 40 MILES OF TRAVEL TIME EACH DAY NOR FOR THE ONE DAY CUSTOMER WAS NOT HOME WHEN ARRANGEMENTS WERE MADE TO BE THERE OR CAPABILITY OF BEING ABLE TO DO THE WORK. COST WAS NOT $400. LABOR WAS $271.63; MATERIALS $28.74 PLUS TAX WITH TOTAL AT $326.61."

MOST COMPETITIVE, BY FAR, OF ALL THE BIDS WE RECEIVED. FELT LIKE HE WAS AN EXTENSION OF THE WALTONS FAMILY SOMEHOW -- A DISTANT PUTTERING UNCLE WITH A TOOL BELT. VERY HONEST, BROKE A BROOM HANDLE AND INSISTED ON CREDITING OUR ACCOUNT FOR THAT.
